WORD of the MONTH

DISCIPLINE

ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST

Self-discipline is synonymous with true martial arts.

Sometimes it's important to practice when or what you don't want .

Whether it's cleaning your room, doing your homework, or practicing karate, you'll always feel great when you try your best.
